Communication is one of the most important components of human interactions, and all too often we forget that it is with ourselves that we communicate the most. During this workshop, you will explore your daily rhythms and habits of self-talk, deconstruct the habits and patterns that we fall into and learn how these inner conversations are affecting your outer environment.
Come ready to practice and learn personalised strategies to unlock understanding of where these patterns were cultivated and how to intentionally transform them. This workshop will use various coaching methods and techniques to break through communication barriers that have kept you stuck.
This workshop is open to men and women who want to develop their communication skills to communicate with purpose. No previous experience is needed and all participants are welcome to bring a real-world project that they are working on!
The price below includes all workshop materials, coffee breaks and a fully catered lunch. For more information on the schedule of the day, click here. Note: p/ws = per workshop. *Prices not inclusive of 7% VAT tax.
